Good sense of blur on the upper quadrant of the photo. It's not so much as to distract from the center of focus (the model) but it is enough to obfuscate (obscure/make unclear) the location of the shot.

Also if you added a fog diffuse to the lower portion of the picture it's extremely good as I couldn't tell whether you had intentionally blurred/diffused it or if it were actually captured that way naturally.

Your lighting is also good, as I can't tell that this shot was actually taken at 1:45 in the AM. My first impression is that it looks like a morning shot, and not a middle of the night shot. Although, knowing where you are, I can't help but channel my mother in saying, "you're going to catch your death doing that routinely".

I sort of feel bad for your knit cap as it seems to get the some of the water spray. While I understand the need for anonymity, at the same time, I can tell you it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that you're most probably a brunette, and the cap isn't hiding this facet. Unless of course, you're actually bald like I am, in which case, I don't think the knit cap's going to make a smattering of difference one way or another.
